This workshop will teach businesses how to provide financial empowerment opportunities for their employees, to better engage their workforce and to prioritize creating a more productive and supportive work environment.
We will learn about how and where businesses can take action to provide financial empowerment for their employees through the operations of the business, and the impact that this shift can have on economic inequality in New York City and the business bottom line.
We’ll be hearing from the following organizations:
- Center for Financial Services Innovation, an inspiring nonprofit financial services consultancy and thought leader on financial health,
- Spring Bank, a bank committed to providing returns to shareholders and serving the needs of underserved consumers and small businesses in the New York City area,
- Neighborhood Trust Financial Partners, a provider of financial empowerment services and products that empowers low-income individuals to become productive participants in the U.S. financial system and achieve their financial goals, and
- GreenPath, a non-profit, financial wellness organization that has been empowering people to lead financially healthy lives since 1961.
