There are times when I am not entirely sure where bettercorp ends, and I start again. Since I began, this endeavor has consumed the majority of my time and energy, and I am finding that it really is just an outlet for who I am. There is no off button for that.

Bringing yourself to center on a sunny mountaintop, after a satisfying meal, barefoot in the grass is easy. Finding that same focus on a few hours of sleep, hangry, soaked from the rain, standing on a crowded subway is another story.
