compensation

For guidance through the full B Impact Assessment our fee is $500, fully applicable to annual services in the same year. Disclosure: the Impact Assessment is a free tool to assess your business practices. 

We meet in an afternoon session to benchmark and ensure value alignment, after which we identify improvements your business can implement as a map toward certification using our industry-specific expertise and network.

Our full service is equal to the annual fee due to B Lab. This tier includes a personalized path to certification including problem-solving and research radiating from these improvements, an annual benefit report, and periodic industry updates.

For additional assistance with ongoing improvements, a 2x fee adds an on-call partner to improve your impact as well as timely industry news to keep you updated.

You are free to cancel at any point where you feel we are no longer providing continued value. Our model only becomes profitable when we keep you engaged as a partner for several years. If we are unable to provide a positive experience, we ask for your constructive criticism to help us improve in serving others.

We also offer fee assistance to businesses with a strong social mission: for example, those who donate all profits to charity. Please ask if you qualify!
